5 Peaks Youth Solutions is seeking a Mentor-Coach to join our team. This role focuses on offering prevention and early intervention services through group and one-to-one support of elementary, middle, and high school students. Mentor-Coaches provide co-facilitation of social-emotional development groups for 3rd-5th grade and 6th-12th grade students on school campuses, during regular school or afterschool hours. The position also involves engaging with youth through one-to-one mentoring and referring students to higher levels of care when necessary. Mentor-Coaching is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in supporting the social-emotional well-being of youth through a paraprofessional role.

Requirements for this position are: Verifiable experience working with children and teens. Proven abilities to engage well with varied ages of children. Experience working in educational or structured group settings preferred.
