Welcome to the MyLife Explorer Training. The material presented in the videos only provides highlights of the larger content found in the training manual, so please watch the videos provided here and read the training manual. The learning reinforcement (quizzes) at the end of each video section will draw from both sources. Our suggestion would be to watch the video first, then read the corresponding section in the manual and return to the online platform to complete the Learning Reinforcement before moving on to a subsequent section.
Watching and reading are the first two elements of your training in this program. The third element will involve a combination of scheduled times for you to meet live in-person or virtual practicum training, and on-the-job experiential training as you are paired with an experienced Mentor-Coach for group facilitation.
Please give your full attention to this training process. The understanding you’ll gain in the curriculum will help you connect with the “why” of MyLife Explorer groups. The “what” and “how” will become clearer for you through the live practicum and field-based trainings.
